Refunds, ticket changes, event access and order questions are handled by the event organizer. Open the event page and use the Contact Organizer section to send your message directly to the responsible team.

Go to the event details page. On desktop, the Contact Organizer card appears on the right side of the page. On mobile, scroll through the event details until you find Contact Organizer, then tap Send Message.

EventFlow provides the platform, but each organizer manages their own event, ticket rules, refunds, entry policies and attendee support. For these requests, contacting the organizer is the fastest and correct path.

Use this form for platform questions, technical issues with your EventFlow account, partnerships, suggestions or business inquiries. If your message is about a specific event, ticket, order or refund, please contact the event organizer from the event details page.
